What is a warranty?
A warranty serves as an agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer that promises to repair or replace goods purchased within a specified time period.
During a warranty period, a consumer may be liable to contribute towards warranty costs and these costs are worked out on a system based on the number of years the goods have been in use.
Please note that the warranty is not applicable should a customer have change of mind when choosing a mattress or choosing the incorrect comfort level suitable to them. Should a customer experience a warranty claim, they will be liable for transportation costs involved.
We at Eden Beds reserve the right to refuse inspection and to invalidate the warranty should the product be stained, burnt or in any form of unsanitary condition.
